Study On Large-scale Ventilator Performance Automatic Testing Device

　　According to ventilator performance testing standard such as Germany DIN24163-2,U.K.BS848-1，International ISO/DIS5801,and referring to China GB1236-85,the largest ventilator performance testing device in China at present is designed and built.This device can test both conventional centrifugal,axial,mixed flow ventilator and special roof ventilator.The blade diameter is up to 2.4m,mass rate reaches 5×10⁵m/h，It can test flow rate of tested ventilator in zero static pressure state because velocity-adjusting aided ventilator is outfitted.All data of working point are automatically gathered,calculated,typed,drawn into performance curve by computer.

1　前言

　　通风机使用面广量大，种类繁多，遍及国民经济各部门，为确保其质量需 进行性能测试，中小型通风机(一般指叶轮直径＜1m)各制造厂及部分配套部门较为广泛使用性能测试装置，其中少数单位采用计算机进行试验数据采集与处理的自动测试方式，而对于具有通用型的大型通风机性能自动测试装置，目前国内尚未见报道。随着近年来电站、地铁、隧道等大型工程建设数量不断增长，大型通风机使用量日益增加，为确保其性能与可靠性，需建立相应的性能试验装置，以便能直接提供出厂试验。大型通风机性能试验装置由于台体庞大、建造经费可观，除了要正确选择装置的形式，降低造价外，更要重视装置的通用性，我们在多次建造中小型通风机性能自动测试台的基础上，根据国内外有关标准^［1～4］，为江苏申海集团股份有限公司设计并建造了大型通风机性能自动测试装置，系统装置示意图如图1。
